Car was fine. Can someone explain why I was not able to extend my contract by 3 extra days, forcing me to return the car to Heathrow and to take a new contract? Also annoyed that I was unable to contact LHR office directly when I appeared to have left my glasses in the car. I spent over an hour trying to get a phone number from the call centre.

The fact that the car could be collected and dropped easily at or near the Airport with regular efficient bus service where necessary is a big PLUS.
