No consideration from the customer, no kindness in the conditions of recovery of the vehicle and return: this is unacceptable EXAMPLE: WHEN THE FULL WAS MADE WELL, I HAVE TO RETURN TO THE SERVICE STATION OR I FILLED FOR RECOVER MY FUEL TICKET! This was never mentioned to me when I picked up my vehicle, however it was mentioned very small in the contract, which the agent did not fail to point out to me. I was also entitled to the whole panoply of additional insurance conditions, with strong pressure from the agent on the amount of deductibles at my expense which would be deducted from me at the slightest concern. Little credibility on the sale of these services. -When I picked up my vehicle, I had to wait 1 hour because it was not the correct time displayed on my contract. However, I returned my vehicle 4 hours before the end of my contract. -My vehicle is not parked in the correct location, I had to point it out to the agent and look for a few minutes this vehicle which was in a completely different place since the agent did not know it -At the time of departure , I had to ask the staff to remove another vehicle parked in front of mine; but here at that time, the discussion and cigarette break was more important! So I had to wait! -To return my vehicle a few days before, I was asked by phone to wait probably 30 to 40 minutes if I showed up, because I had not bought all-risk insurance. Unacceptable! I therefore formally recommend this service provider who considers customer service as I have never seen it. As a professional, however, I am used to car rental.

One hour waiting to get the vehicle. Only one person to make the contracts (but calm and courteous person). vehicle which leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Photos must be taken to justify defects on return.
