We went to fetch our car, there were no one in the office, we waited. No one came. She left a voice message, no one answered to it. We went again, the office was closed and was opening only after one day and a half. We phoned to different Herz-numbers and heard, that there were no car for us what so ever in Halifax. The only place they found a car for us was in Toronto airport - a bit from Halifax. We have tried to get our money back but have heard for example that there were a third party that did the cancellation. It means Car rentals, it is the only possibility. This was the journey I had dreamed of for decades and we had planned many things to do. Now we could not do them - had even left our already payed accommodation because it was too far away to reach without a car. Now we need to get to know, how do we get our money back.
