My experience with this supplier was horrible I have used them previously but this time they insisted there was no LDW coverage through them as it was booked through car rentals.com yet they have always had ncluded this and the Sixt website confirms this. I had arranged excess insurance through a Third Party company which they said was a invalid which I had to cancel and use their account insurance. So the additional cost was £350 more than I expected. When I called there customer service team they were able insulting towards me. I requested to speak to a manager and she reluctantly apologized but said my complaint should be directed to car rental.com..... Horrible experience!!!!!!

My car was given away within 6 hours of our flight being delayed. I was in another country and on a plane so unable to call. I didn’t receive an email advising me of this; just found out when I arrived. Then when I had to pay more for another car; I wasn’t advised of the $968 security deposit that would be placed as a hold on my credit card on top of the increased rental fee. Then, they left me leave with no insurance. I called to add it, and they said I’d need to drive 3 hours back to the location to add it. Lucky for me my parents own their own business and I could insure the vehicle through them, at minimal cost. The worst customer service each time I called.
