I got a wonderful rate, and I was very satisfied with the car. It was clean, and it performed great over the 1 week +. I ran into a personal medical issue with my son who is a 100% disabled Veteran. I had to keep the car for one more day. The Manager and staff were wonderful and professional in the response, and it was handled totally to my satisfaction. When I did turn the car in on July 31, I had to get a cab to airport. No one answered when I called local cab companies. The Manager took it upon himself to help me to call a local service (Quik - Cab) (no shuttle service from Hertz at that location), and I was most appreciative. Thank you!

I reserved an SUV online, but upon arrival at the rental agency, was told that they had none available for several days. What is the point of a reservation? The folks working there did their best to make it up to me, but it ended up being inconvenient and uncomfortable for my family during my trip.
