The pick up was very easy and the guy at the reception was very professional. But when I went to pick up the car from the parking garage, I found out that the vehicle is dirty outside. The interior was also dirty, had some sticky things on 2 seats that I had to clean with wet wipes.
According to them the vehicle had full fuel but I saw it was bit lesser than full. But obviously I had to fill up the tank before returning the rental.
Expected better from Enterprise.

I elected to get curbside pick-up.. this took far too long- nearly 20 min! But the rest of my experience with the rental went smoothly so overall good experience. Brand new truck, so it was great.

I have usually used Enterprise. I asked for asked for a medium sized car. When I went to pick up my car I was told I would have to wait until one was cleaned but I could have a van.I asked if the van was good in snow. The agent said it was so I agreed to take it. The roads were good so I had no problem. Into my trip when the roads got dicey I realized a van is not that good on snowy roads. I then saw that I did not have snow tires. Basically all weather tires =summer tires. Fortunately the roads weren't too bad during my 6 day stay. The van had Florida plates. I am sure the van was not winterized, especially in the tire situation. As a customer I just assumed any car rented in Northern Vermont would have snow tires. I will continue to rent with Enterprise and just assume this mistake slipped through the cracks.
