My experience was frustrating at the moment to pick up the van the agent was not help full I felt discriminated until the other agent came to assist us

The gentleman that helps us were awesome. They were fun and friendly

When I first arrived, I mentioned that I had made two reservations and was canceling one. I went on to explain that I wanted the 3 day reservation but apparently it was denied because according to her system it stated full size car and not a suv, when it clearly stated in my confirmation that it was for a premium suv.. I had no choice but to take the two day reservation which was more expensive and not a premium. The reservation was extended for an additional day but price doubled . I asked rep why, and she said no worries this will disappear when you return vehicle. She instructed me to pick up my vehicle outside where I would be met with another rep. I was given a Cadillac suv but I was never informed that it would be even more expensive than the price I complained about inside. This rep also told me the same thing, that I would be charged what I had expected when I returned the car. Long story short, I expected to pay no more than $289 but when I dropped the car off I was charged a total of $431.. to be honest. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company. I am disappointed, very! I called customer service and spoke to a rep by the name of ( JUDY) CASE #32316790 she was extremely helpful and kind. Shortly after I received a call from a rep who worked at the location and to be honest I don’t even recall her giving me her name. She asked a few questions told me she would make some changes on charges, never told me how much and rushed off the phone. Sad reality but this isn’t the way to treat a customer . To add before she hung up she stated that because of the changes she was going to make that I should give the location a great review... horrific !!!
