The Hertz people care more about money than the customer. The car was not what I ordered and he counter people couldn't care less about my rental. The car was not checked out at all....they didn't even know how much gas was in it. Northern Illinois was particularly nasty on 02/01/19 but no one thought to fill the windshield washer. After driving a bit, the tire pressure light came on. So, I had to pay for washer fluid and to have the tires checked. They made me, a handicapped senior citizen, walk thru the cold and snowy weather to try to find the car in a distant lot. There was absolutely no instruction as to where the car was in the lot(shared with many other rental companies. This Hertz location is awful!!!!

Desk personal at the airport are all phenomenal, pleasant, personable, explain things as they should, there customer service skills are commended!!!
