It took quite a while to get our car as the computer was broken . Everything had to be hand written and calls to other places for the credit card deposit. The car had a dirty windshield making for distracted driving. At this location one has to walk a ways to get to car.

They got us in and out quickly. The car wasn't full of gas, so I had to try to get the gas gauge to register the same level of empty before drop off to avoid charges for fuel. Kind of a pain that they should have avoided for their customer. The tires on the car were also pretty worn, which was a problem as this is Utah and we had to drive through a snow storm. Other than those things, good experience.

Enterprise was easy to deal with but car seats were spotted with stains. Head liner had a huge stain. Worse car I have ever rented

I only used it for an hour. My plans changed. They only charged me $8 since I didn't need it for any longer. That was nice not having to pay for the entire day or even the entire week, which is what I originally signed up for. It was nice to deal with a company that didn't try to rip me off.

Tips before you leave the lot

Make sure you go over a few things before you leave the rental lot. You should take time to:

  • Check out your vehicle and determine if there is any dents or scratches. Be sure to make note of it on the paperwork, or you may get charged for it
  • Inspect the trunk to determine if the spare is properly inflated and the necessary tools to change it are there
  • Familiarize yourself with the car. Adjust the mirrors and seats to your liking, and figure out how to turn on the lights and windshield wipers
  • Get comfortable operating the entertainment and GPS (if available). It's best to limit any unnecessary distractions when you are navigating a new city
