When we arrived, there was no car available to be rented while we had a valid reservation. The person who received us was very friendly and managed to get us a car despite everything but with an hour of delays, which shifted our whole organization of the day. The person made us benefit from 15% of discount, I think that is the maximum that he could do But in view of the conditions of use that the company hires us as a customer. It is nothing. I intend to send a message to customer service for better compensation. Because this delay made me lose An organization to review.

No waiting to pick up or return the Vehicle which was in line with my expectations.

Despite a rented and paid car, there was none available today. Officially, people did not return them on time due to strikes, unofficially a reservation center that accepts +60 for 15 vehicles ... After 2 hours of waiting, we were finally able to leave with a car thanks to the staff who went out of their way, but the people after us didn't get one and were put on the waiting list.
