I picked up the car you ordered for me. The price advertised was $31.00/day at Budget. They apparently didn't get the message. They gave me a car reserved in my name and charged me $85/day plus all the taxes and other expenses. I have alerted them to the fact that they rate (and, perhaps, the car) had been intended for someone else. To support this theory, they called me after one day and said that they needed more information on my credit card. When I turned in the car after the 4-day rental period, they only charged me for one day. Bottom line: I will need to deal with these folks to straighten all this out and I will probably need your help.

Super easy pickup and drop off. Loved that. The car itself was a little dirty inside. But the bigger issue was that the steering was misaligned so that to drive straight you had to turn the wheel a few degrees left. Enough that it was on the edge of being a safety issue on the highway.
