My first rental pickup took nearly 2 hours. They had no vehicle available that I had reservations for, and had to call me back when something arrived. Rather than getting a gas saving 4cyl car, I got a gas abusing pickup due to no available vehicles. This cost me nearly double in fuel. Difference of an era rated 30+mpg vs the pickup getting an average of 15mpg through the mountains on my 2600 mile trip. Wash bay guy gave me grief about smoking in a vehicle that I had already spoke with enterprise about the smoke smell being horrible. Talked with the manager and he said they had addressed the issue. My last rental had footprints on the windshield from the inside (not a big issue) and a sticky steering wheel (big issue), and a horrible chemical odor from the vents. The rental before that had a terrible smoke smell and a broken windshield. I also was charged for visiting a toll road that I never encountered. That was only $3. The only toll roads known about in the area have to have a Pass to get through, or pay in cash to get through. Which I did. All in all, the inside employees are great, and do everything they can to take care of you, but the vehicles are limited to the capabilities of the area (no actual area to wash the car). The car I borrowed for my second visit was past due for its oil change before my trip ended, and popped up a service warning that covered the combination meter for the rest if the trip. The cars are kept clean enough to not be disgusting upon first entry, but not so clean to be considered clean.

I was not happy about car rentals charging me 72.00 this was totally wrong for you to charge me this. I thought i was on the enterprise site. Poor business methods. Nothing was said about this charge. Shame on you.
