Satisfactory experience overall, except the recovery of a pair of sunglasses and a portable cigarette lighter car charger with its cable forgotten in the storage compartment of the central armrest. These two objects would have disappeared by chance ???

Present at 11:15 to take the vehicle at 12:00, I had to wait 2 hours at the counter before being able to be received by an agent! Two agents were present and a third arrived much later but it was useless! Average time per customer 30 minutes, why: vehicles are not available, we obviously offer higher vehicles but more expensive of course !!! At the end you have a vehicle but not the one you have reserved !! and when you are in the parking obviously your vehicle is not yet present !!! Another 30 to 45 minutes of waiting !!! VEHICLE PROVIDED AT 12H00 VEHICLE GIVES AT 14H30 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hesitate to inform the repression of frauds. The only satisfaction is that the agent who took care of me was friendly!

Disappointed at the beginning when I rented car type Peugeot 308 SW or Renault Mégane estate, and I am offered a Fiat Tipo break. Model not at all of the same level of quality. Having more than 1000km to go with a child of 2 years and a 1 month old infant, I was very disappointed that we offer this kind of vehicle. We finally found a solution by upgrading myself for a fee. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

Very nice car with all the features. The handling and rendering of the car was done very quickly at Sixt at Orly airport. The employees were very helpful.

Everything went perfectly, from the handing over of the keys to the airport, to the restitution. Difficulties, however, to check the condition of the car at departure (basement not very bright); we are therefore obliged to trust the information recorded on the condition of the vehicle.
