First in PR and now in Pittsburgh my experience with Enterprise has been excellent.

I had to make an extra trip over to the airport because we weren't told you had to get a paper at the desk there. Then we waited for a customer representative over at the lot. Then when we took it back we waited again. We will go back to Hertz. They have it together. I couldn't even pay for it online. You have to improve. The car itself was great.
