I booked a sixt car via your website and asked for a car to pick up at the Bordeaux train station, back to the airport. The Escape app sent me a pickup at the Sixt center 25km away from the city center without telling me that it was not the requested place. Result, travel with an Uber to reach the place of care, no telephone response from the site Escape to try to fix things. I only saw the pickup address when picking up the car at the station !! Six told me that he could not do anything since I rented the car through this Escape provider.
