We arrivee with the last flight of the day. The budget employee was stressed for time. We had to take the extra budget insurance because the car was not properly insured by carrentals.com, in case of an accident we would have to pay the full value of the car. Very disappointed by the way we were treated. Eventually Budget put on an extra €150 insurance fee, which I did not approve of. Had to. Call there customer service in order to rectify this, with succes, however, just charging my credit card for insurance product which I said no to is a disgrace. They guy just drove off , while we were walking to the car, there was damage on the car, but we could not report this to anyone, because they budget guy went home....Car was fine (not very new).

No line and an expedient agent got us the car in a few minutes. We were on the rode in 10 minutes. The car was clean and had no issues of any type in our eight day rental. The return worked quickly as well.
