I returned my vehicle on 27/12/2018 leaving some identity papers in one of the rear pockets of the latter. I called the next day, a switchboard confirmed me that the Paris-Orly agency should contact me as soon as possible. We are 02/01/19 and I still have no news despite my successive calls. I know we are in a festive period, but these are my son's military papers and he may take a blame. It does not seem very professional to me.

Disastrous experience I rented a vehicle (file: 210109449), going to pick it up at SIXT at Orly airport on Saturday 8/12 I am told that since I have not yet 2 years of license I do not can not get it and see it with autoescape because it's not their problem (I had not to go through a brooder) and obviously impossible to join a Saturday at 11am. I had to take an uber to go to ADA rental Savigny-sur-Orge who made me a rental without problem. Without them I do not know how I would have done!

The experience on the web-site was great - easy to use and I was very pleased to have found a rental car at a good price meeting my needs. However.... following the return of the vehicle, I am being charged for milage despite that my voucher clearly stated that the milage was unlimited. The rental agency responded to me stating that there was a mistake on my voucher. This is really not ok practice.
