National was good but Car Rental many times misleads the cars available and says like a mid-size Suv and many times there isn't car available

I went to hertz office on reservation and was told that I had to go to a different hertz....not cool....considering the 1 on reservation was 20 min away via taxi, I purposely booked there because suv was WAY cheaper there than picking up from airport. Then I was sent back to a hertz office near airport. Don't know if it was a mixup thru hertz or carrentals.com. Then they tried to downgrade my rental to a subcompact car because they didn't have the small suv I reserved. ...i was like, i don't think so....eventually they upgraded me to the next size up suv......after that, all was well.

All the employees that I had contact with were friendly.They all had a smile and greeted me.I will rent from Alamo again. Thanks for being a first rate rental company
