My car was ready for me when I arrived and the return process was quick as well.

My experience was terrible. When I arrived, I was told he had no cars available until the following week. This was unacceptable as I was not called before arriving. My phone number was given when booked. I will never use your service to book a car nor use Hertz. The agent was condescending and rude as well. No empathy was shown for their inability to provide me a car booked in advance.
