was charged twice without associate crediting our account, she said the charge shoudnt be there, but we had to check. We were on a time frame and didn't have access to our account to check the balance.

I have rented within the last couple if weeks. They didn't have the vehicle I had wanted to get but the equivalent was good. Wish they give better rates on premium vehicles if I rent for longer trips. I drive a high end vehicle and the lower priced vehicles just don't have the same ride. Overall, will rent again if situation is presented.

The car we picked up had a strong odor and there weren’t clear directions that the deposit had to be made with a credit card. Otherwise it was a speedy pick up and very gas efficient vehicle.
