We arrived to pick up our rental only to be told that they didn't have any cars. They said they tried to contact me but didn't have my information (my phone and email were printed on the carrentals.com paperwork...) I had to demand to take another car that was sitting on the lot, after waiting for the manager to arrive from offsite.

I paid $36 or so in advance so I would not have to return my rental with a full tank of gas. However, they did not give me the rental with a full tank of gas. I had to stop 50 miles from my destination to put more gas in the vehicle. And extra stuff that was unnecessary.
