There was no return sign in the garage for Payless,just Avis and Budget.After wasting valuable time trying to return the car. I was told that Payless cars are returned at the area marked Avis or Budget.The Avis Rover told me that they have been trying to no avail to get a Payless.sign put up.Someone needs to get off their Duff and get a sign!!

This rental experience was the worst rental I have ever had. The vehicle itself was fine as well as the pick up experience, however the return was awful and overall the most expensive one day rental I have ever heard of. I am not a corporate renter and therefore do care how much things cost and paying almost $200 for a 1 day rental was beyond reasonable and in fact criminal. The rental itself was approx $100 which is too expensive but under the circumstances only option at the time. When returning the vehicle there was no attendant on duty to check me out and as a result by the time someone showed up I ended up being charged an extra $84 for being late one hour!! I disputed the charge with your company number and nothing was done. Very unprofessional and horrible experience on the pocket. Especially hurtful is the fact that nobody responded to my complaint. I get it, you dont care, you got your $$ but not everyone, I think at least, is a corporate client, some of us actually pay out of pocket for rentals . I will never rent with you again and will discourage anyone who asks me about your company. Btw I work at said airport MSP where rental was made and get asked about rental companies all the time. Its cheaper to just buy a car then rent from you guys since a one day rental is the same as a monthly payment for a car.

Waited in lone for 1 hour and 45 min. Person behind the desk helped 4 people. Called customer service. Was told nothing the could do. Watched other people go rent with other companies. So that I was I did also.
