I reserved a car on Thursday to pick up Saturday. When I got there, they had no more cars for me, even though my reservation went through. They told me “maybe you can try another location” even though it was 1:40 on a Saturday and every other car rental place closes at 2.

I thought the experience was great except for the lady at the counter who answered a call and took care of that customer in th middle of our transaction. The call should have been put on hold and handled when our pick up was complete.
