The directions from where to stand were so unclear that it took a long time before we were picked up. Once there we were quickly helped. In itself very satisfied with OK and the P306 was also very nice to drive in, however, a red message on the screen 'Handbrake error maintenance needed' soon appeared. Called and we had to come by (1 hour drive) and once there was immediately said that it was a known euphoria that we could continue without problems. They could have said that right away and had saved me 2 hours of unnecessary driving. But as said, I am very satisfied with OK.! (just like before in Ibiza). :-)

Very friendly, superfast pickup, return was also in the frame, they did not try to give us insurance, deposit was refunded 1 day after return (not like Goldcar, Interrent, Firefly only after weeks), good car, almost new. Only the distance to the terminal is a bit far with about 1Km walk.

Found through your car at OK Rent a car in Girona Spain. We agreed the most expensive insurance with you and that had to be repeated at OK Rent a car as your insurance was not valid with them. We therefore missed criminal information not to insure with you, for example, and only with OK Ren a car. Now we were insured twice as expensive. Or we had to open our credit card for 900.00 Euro. When trying to extend one day in the meantime, it became difficult again and we would have to pay another 200.00 euros from 6 p.m. NO RECOMMENDED HEAR. We will never do this again !!!
