they can only provide full insurance, it is too expensive. when I return car, the staff said they will send e-mail to me in 10 minutes, but I did not receive it over 30 hours.

I have used your services in the past, while I was in Miami, and it was nice, everything was beyond perfection... but here in Dominican Republic, was the worst experience I had doing this. Your services linked me to a Budget office in Santo Domingo. The first thing was the insurance, I paid US$18 for the online insurance you offer, and when I went to the office in Budget, they told me they dont allow that insurance, and charged me AGAIN for another service, one that this time could apply to this country (so, I lost the first US$18)... Another thing is they didnt have the exact model I selected, but they always said the had it (when I called many times to confirm)... until I went to the office. In that momment, I was offered a different car. Because of the situation and having the time against me, I had to accept that car. Then, happened the worst... It didn't came to the office I went, so I had to move to another office... an Avis office that was 15 minutes from the initial Budget Office that I was on. When I went to Avis, they gave me the car Three (3) hours late!... it came dirty and with an empty tank... It was frustrating... ahh, and also I lost money... I delivered the car with half a tank, and they said there was nothing to do, because they dont turn back money for excess of fuel in tank.Do never rent in Budget! they are a scam.

I needed my car ready for 9:00AM, i received it at 11:30AM. My brother and I rented individual vehicles, to be received at the same time, but my brother receive his car almost at 13:00 hrs. I felt very dissapointed, angry and sad at the same time, with the very poor custome service, even worst, we couldn't arrive at time to our little brother's wedding.
