I first had to sign for a car without damage; after check the car had a major damage behind. I came back and was allowed to change my form myself and got a stamp. I asked if this damage should also be entered into the system, but the unfriendly receptionist said that I had enough on my own. When returning the car, I was able to have the details changed at a different and friendly receptionist.

Hello, today very painful experience for some reasons I missed my flight on Rennes I warned the agency someone told me that the vehicle was guaranteed all day I had to take a flight to Nantes then the train to Rennes and the bus to the airport to hear me say that the vehicle was not available. if the agency had told me directly I would have taken a car in Nantes very angry must I bring claim against Keedy or against autoescape?
