Every time a nearly new car! Technically top return at the HKT a little cumbersome due to traffic management. Was easier in Krabbi.

Although the car had heaps of scratches and dents, the simply equipped car was reliable and ok. The staff from National were super nice and accommodating !! Even after the delivery worked totally uncomplicated!

Convenient pickup but the dropoff was another Story. Nobody on-site so I had to leave the key on the key drop. When we got to Bangkok, I asked Avis at the airport as we had another rental and was told that nobody is usually there for drop-offs. I was appalled and hoping that no extra charges on my card!

I’m a repeat customer with Avis and as per my previous experience everything was efficient and like clock work - just the way I like it ! The girl at the booth covering the paperwork was quick and effective, the chap at the car pick-up was quick and like wise the chap at the drop off. Overall great experience as before with no issues.

Very slow. They were all on phone and playing with their baby. Car was old with marks and dents all over. I had to wait 15 minutes to drop off, and there were 3 behind me still waiting. Also had to pay for additional driver. I cancelled my next booking and have one half the price.

Good car, good check in and return experience. But multiple insurance charges are excessive and not fully disclosed with clear and understandable explanations and total costs. It is obvious why they decieve and don't want to disclose total costs, because it is not a good value compared with other car rental companies we have used in Thailand. The total costs for insurance, the deductible amount, and the deposit are all very high. Poor communications and negligent disclosure on these issues.
