This was the worst customer service that I've had in a very long time. I was able to book a car online with the store saying the car would b available. When it was time to get the car I was told that they purposely over book the cars incase of cancels!!!!!! So I'm having to wait for them to call me when they get a car. Finally got a ride to another location in Southaven. It was just as bad there. The young gentleman behind the counter was not friendly at all. Matter of fact it was like I was a problem cause I was there!!!!! After trying to snatch my paperwork out of my hand I was told it wasn't the right stuff for me to use my debit card. He then asked me didn't I know someone with a credit card that could b used & then just drive me around since the car wouldn't b in my name!!!!! Never in my life had I ever heard someone so rude!!!! I will NOT ever go to Enterprise again!!!!
