My only issue is that the insurance offered through carrentals.com is not accepted by the rental agency. That information was not disclosed to me by carrentals.com but luckily due to the car rental agency, they informed me and told me I had to call your agency and cancel it before leaving the lot, otherwise. It is absolutely not covered so I had to go through the steps do call, cancel, and then order the insurance directly through the car rental agency. This took me about 10-15 minutes which put me behind schedule of picking up someone.

Agent was rude and dismissive. Insisted Alamo would not recognize any debit/credit card as anything but debit denying us credit card protections and forcing us to provide multiple other documents (flight itinerary etc). Did not have the car we reserved but said that prices had gone up for the holiday so the downgrade was the same price. The car we did get was filthy inside and out. We had to take it to a car wash at our own expense to clean it. Will never do business with Alamo again!!!

Short line. Clerk was efficient. Car was in good shape, but had not been cleaned. It was not especially dirty, but did have some trash in it and other telltale signs. I expect more from Enterprise.
