My experience with this supplier was easy, easy, easy. Booked online for a great rate. Picked my car up and was able to finish up at counter in a matter of minutes. My rental was driven over to me and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Drop off was equally as smooth and customer service was superb.

The guys at the desk were professional and fast. Got in and out of there in about 5 mins. Returning the car took like 5 mins also.

The car was more than i asked for and in great condition. I happened to have left my phone in the car and the employees immediately sought it out and even charged it for me.

No issue with the rental except the return process seems to be quite poor. There were roughly 5-8 people sitting around waiting to be serve to pick up their vehicle. As for myself returning the vehicle, no one was around to help. By the way, the front desk had a single person working while another person was going back and forth to help get the vehicle to folks. They definitely need to hire more people to serve the customers

It is super easy and convenient to pick up and drop off at the Kurtz St location. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Pickup was a disaster. Vehicle reserved in the USA, unfortunately the car rental station indicated by Car del Mar on the voucher does not exist. Great start so on vacation. Run to the specified address (hotel in San Diego), around stupid rumzustehen, there was nothing from a Hertz station. So first hours trying to find out something by phone: Car del Mar not reach (time shift), on voucher specified phone number of the station out of service, after several attempts then finally reached a human at the Hertz hotline. Car was at a very different station (luckily, we thought there is no booking), so in a taxi and first to the other station ... So unnecessary costs and half a day off planed! The vehicle and the handling at Hertz was then perfect and the handover went jerkily across the stage.
