It was a one day rental. They gave us a car with tons of scratches and did a poor job of marking the damage. I had to point out multiple scratches they had missed. They had a circle that showed anything smaller than the circle we don't need to mark. When I was dropping it off they informed me the circle did NOT apply to the tires and they charged me $150 for a knick on the tire that was about the size of a nickle. There was no chance that we caused this tire damage during our 1 day of driving. Also it took 70 minutes to get our car from the airport. Will never use Alamo again.

If you make reservations from a website in USA they will require high amount hold in yor ccard up to 3000 Usd if you Don t buy the most expensive insurance from them .
My prepaid insurance from Carrental.com was good but high hold same with my Credit car insurance
