Our trip was delayed due to weather and so our pick up date was changed. The only problem we had was when we returned the car we realized we were charged double the amount that was on our reservation and the counter agent would not budge in making a change. I called the next day and the branch manager made the change, no problem. I realize these things can happen since we booked through a 3rd party.
