Wasn’t clearly informed of deposit, after she ran my card for which I have a low balance due to avoiding identity theft it was declined, then she informed of the deposit which took me over my limit then was informed they would only run my card once after I contacted my bank to increase my limit. Very unsatisfied with that, I know it’s in the fine print but I’ll, from now on, contact the rental company direct instead of using website.

Nice employees. Car was very clean and I experienced zero issues over my 1,800 mile trip.

We had the worst service ever when picking up the vehicle. The lady was rude and unhelpful. We had to leave and call back to make arrangements to pick up the van. We will never rent again from them. We could not find any contact number for carrentals.com either when she was telling us to contact them for help and will it rent from this site either anymore.
