From the moment I arrived. To pick up vehicle my appointment and reservation was at 8 in the morning I did not physically even till 9:30 because there were no clean vehicles available no I decided that I was looking for as a result of the hour-and-a-half delay It caused me to miss my flight and I had to reschedule my flight!!!!now I wont be able to see my sons birth because of this incident. Car was filthy with woodchips debris and garbage everywhere. I took pictures. . She indicated that the gas was full and it was not even remotely close to 4 I have to go back inside they change me to another vehicle that was bigger than the one that I wanted and it used more gas. . Then after I missed my flight because of the hour-and-a-half delay of picking up this vehicle I had to rent another vehicle with budget the guy did not tell me that at the Fort Lauderdale Airport Budget is being taken care of by Avis although I am renting a budget vehicle to worker there with coughing and sneezing although he had a mask on it clearly displayed signs of coronavirus I don't know why the company had him working like that with a potential chance to infect people I'm going to contact corporate office and request a full refund this experience was absolutely ridiculous the second vehicle that I rented when I stopped at the park it was a push to start vehicle and it was not turning on for almost an hour and a half supposed to start with start blinking and it would not start I tried contacting roadside assistance that was on my paperwork couldn't get through to anyone. Staff not friendly or professional.

I have used this rental place for years. The other day I had to put my car in the shop. I got my rental less than an hour later. There fast,friendly,and reliable.
