First we waited forever at the Hertz/Thrifty counter. The line progressed super slowly. Then we were told to go to the car and get the car key there but it turned out our key was sent back to the airport office. So then we had to wait another eternity for them to bring us the key. Not well organized at all! Then there was no organized process for returning the car and yet another long line so we just left the key and left.
