Extremely crowded. Very long lines. Then the car I was given was also given to someone else. Had to go back & clear up the error. Which resulted in another wait time. Returning was easy.

The type of car we chose was not available, then the next car was assigned to two different renters, then the third car assigned to us was a worn out 30,000 plus miles Jeep Patriot that we returned inside of an hour as the transmission noise was unbearable. The fourth car was a new Buick Enclave upgrade which was perfect but when leaving it only had 3/4 tank of gas which was noted on the contract. On return we were charged a gas penalty fee and then had to make another trip to the office to get this removed.

My experience with Avis was Excellent! Which was due to Ms.Theresa for and Awesome/Excellent job having Great Customer Service!! My transaction with her went very smoothly, no long wait in which was great she gave me options for vehicles picks as well. Best experience ever, Thanks to Ms.Theresa @Avis....5Stars
