on the other hand, the fuel policy is not clear ... we always collect a fuel amount even by making the tank full + the amount of the deductible was debited, which was not specified at the initial reservation of the vehicle . This is the first time that i see this.

Very welcome, and fast processing of the reservation. The car was almost new (4000km), so no impact car body or scratch. Be careful when returning the car because they are ready not to return your deposit for the slightest mark on the car body, especially if you have not taken the insurance when taking the car ...
