On the day of pick up Hertz said they don't have car and kept us waiting at their location for 8 hours, from morning 10 AM till evening 6 PM. We got a car 10 mns before they close their rental office. We had to go to San Diego from LA and had multiple plans for the day with kids, bought 4 days city pass for San Diego to have fun and since an entire day got wasted here waiting for a car, our plans literally got ruined.
On the day of return, Hertz suddenly left a voicemail on my phone at around noon and said they would close early by 3 PM and I am supposed to return the car by then, otherwise I will have to keep the car for another 2 days and pay rent for that. Point to note, my return agreement was till 6 PM as per their document. Anyways I was ready to abide by their 3 PM time and was on my way to their office. When my wife called them to let them know that we are running late by 10 mns and our GPS says we will reach their by 3:10 PM, they literally started shouting at us over phone and kept saying that they will close no matter what. When we reached there, they literally grabbed our bags and started to keep them outside the parking area and closed their gate. We were stranded on road for quite some time before catching Uber. Hertz never let the Uber driver park the car in their parking area.
Overall it was worser than a nightmare and completely ruined our vacation.

Fast to support RAS virtually new vehicle and conform to the command. Very good and at half price of the market with the renters live
