Within a few hours of picking up the car my husband noticed that there was a nail in the tire . We called the 800 number and they said we could fix it ourselves or drive three out of hours out of our way to corpus Christie to get it fixed . We fix that her self and they never offered to reimburse us

Told the counter that i didnt want the loss and damage waver. She still charged me. Noticed the charge before i even got the rental, the people tried to help to cancel the fee but the computer was not allowing them to cancel. I was then informed that i could cancel the fee upon arrival at the vehicle drop off. Needless to say once there i was told i could bot cancel the fee because i drove the car even though i was told by the pick up area they would be able to cancel it. Thank you Thrifty for the extra charge that i specifically stated i didn’t want or need.
