The staff was courteous and helpful. I wasn't sure where the shuttle pickup at Terminal A at LaGuardia was. Payless is not on any of the signs at the shuttle stops.

I have used Payless before and my first experience with them was great, this experience was so-so. I opted for a larger car, Jeep Compass or similar, and ended up with a Nissan that needed a service check. It wasn't worth the extra money. When checking back in, instead of it being completed at the car you have to go back to the desk where this time I had a guy paying more attention to his two cellphones than me trying to return the car.

the employees of the place are very unfriendly. They no say nothing. just look at you when they want to sell you insurance. On the other hand, you rent to tourist, why they only speak in english??? not all the tourist speak in english...
