15 people were ahead of me in line when the only person working behind the counter took a 10 minute break in the back while we waited. About an hour later I was given paperwork for spot K22 for a Ford Fiesta and another customer also had the same assignment but was from Budget. I asked an outside employee and he told me to get into another car and they would fix it at the exit. At the exit there were about 15-20 cars in each of the 2 lanes. After what seemed like a long time to get to the exit booth, they told me to park on the side and they would get back to me. They lady was prompt and helpful at the exit. The paperwork was barely readable because the printer needed ink and I was very hesitant about signing it. My flight landed at 5pm and went directly to the facility, I left the car rental garage at 8pm. The return of the car was a smooth process with no issues.

Check in took about 25 minutes which is decent. The car was dirty on the outside and inside.
