My experience with the supplier was very good with a friendly staff and an easy pickup and dropoff. The car was clean and in good condition. The only issue was that the confirming email had indicated that it would be manual, but when I called the location they told me that all their cars were automatic.

The car was fine and as expected. It was a good car and I had no problem with the product. I find that the customer service at the garage is very poor. When I arrived I was greeted by a bunch of guys yelling at one another about parking and moving cars around but did not explain anything to customers. I noticed that the office was in the back and I went inside. The person behind the counter was not so great. She just said: credit card and driver's license. No hello no please....she was very abrupt. Then she handed me the papers and expected me to know the rest. So I went outside to ask for my car and the guys were too busy to even attend to me. When I asked to one guy Can I have a car please? He replied Come down....Wait....and then gave me keys and instructed me to walk all the way down the block to find the car which was parked all the way down the block. It's ok to find the car down the block, it's ok to look for it myself but it's not ok to tell a customer to come down. It does not matter how busy, it is good to have manners and explain the steps in a polite way. In fact, also when I returned the car, I parked it in front of the garage and a guy scanned the car number without one word. So I went inside the office to ask the counter people if there was anything else I needed to do. They told me that all I needed was the receipt from the guy outside, but the guy outside did not even talk to me. How am I supposed to know he should give me a receipt? So I returned to the guy outside who, without one word, handed me a receipt. I don't rent cars all the time and I should not be expected to know the process to pick up and return. I recommend to train your people at the garage and inside the office to be polite and to explain the steps involved. All it takes is a smile and please and thank you.

I had a great experience at Avis!! I want to thank Donna and her staff got their help with the rental transaction and allowing the experience to be real quick and smooth. I was able to get a Cotsco discount which helped to decrease my rental total to be lowered. I would definitely rent from this Avis location again in the future.
