I reserved a car type Ford Kuga SNOW TIRE and when I arrive, I am told that HERTZ can never guarantee "winter" equipment If you go through a broker like autoescape !! So the reserved vehicle did not have a snow tire, you have to pay 80 € more .... which I had to do since I was going to a ski resort during a WE during which we expected to heavy snowfall. We sell you a fixed price online for a model fitted with “snow” and we deliver a smaller, unequipped model. There is therefore clearly a deception in the sale of this service. I have been doing these trips frequently in winter for years. I will not advise anyone to make a reservation with Autoescape who misleads customers and with HERTZ who takes advantage of the situation by trapping you with a significant additional payment. I request reimbursement of the entire rental. This is not serious. I will post this review on a number of social networks. Note that the vehicle that I was given at HERTZ had more than 57,000 km !! I have rented cars for over 30 years and have not yet reached this number of kms. A record. HERTZ can therefore rent very expensive older vehicles which are not at all suitable for what we have ordered.

Hertz Lyon St Exupéry is an absolutely anti-commercial agency. I tried to contact them many times before the day of taking care to request a rental of snow chains: unreachable. The day of the care they wanted to charge me twice the price of my rental in + to have snow tires and did not even accept to rent only chains, forcing to take a pack snow tires to have chains! a total nonsense. This agency despises its customers and facing the exorbitant price announced for snow tires (40th per day !!!) openly told the client that it was not necessary to go through a broker if I was not happy (autoescape) .. unbearable .

I did not get the bill for my rental and I can not reach the rental agency, no one picks up. The restitution of the vehicle was too long put always less than the care. The agency did not have my contact information that I had left on your rental site. Doing the same thing twice is a waste of time and therefore money. The vehicle was in line with what I rented on the site.
