Professional service and almost new car. Only regret, I booked a Honda Civic -vehicle standard, 4m50- I had a C3 Aircross- small SUV 4m15. Not a bad horse, but also spacious.

My experience was 100 percent horrible I cannot believe your company would have them on your preferred list .got to the counter to pick up my car and it was the beginning of a horrible experience I was there for 40 minutes and then when I looked at contract everything was changed from the type of car I was scheduled to get to higher prices , extra charge to bring the car back to the same place I was taking it from, asked to speak with supervisor was told no and sign documents or no car , I refused to pay all hidden additional charges so I refused to rent car. They said they would not refund money I paid in advance for insurance I can go on and on but won't horrible horrible experience never again.
