Although it was a bit difficult to find this office (not an airport location), and there was only one agent working the desk making it a longer process than usual, we are satisfied with the service we received. The car ran a bit rough upon initial acceleration but otherwise it ran great for the 2500 miles we put on it. It was still dirty when we picked up but was told the car wash was broken. I called to ask about the oil change required signal that would come up each time the car was started, but assured by Justine that it was okay to drive, as she believed the sensor had not been reset. Turn in was easy.
