I did not like this provider. Most of the hidden costs have disturbed me. You have to wash and clean the vehicle (outside and inside) or pay 12 €. I have never experienced such a rip-off of a customer. Whether the mistake is here with Cardelmar, because they have the conditions yes agreed) or the provider, I can not say. In addition, it was very taciturn when picking up. I had to sign on a mobile phone display twice without knowing what I'm actually signing. No copy to read on paper. It only became clear with the confirmation email that I had signed the vehicle condition log. No joint tour of the vehicle, no instructions where and how I should give the vehicle again. Service = 0. If Cardelmar continues to work with Global Rent a Car, never again Cardelmar.

Helped immediately, quick collection (although it took a while before it was clear that the CarDelMar voucher had already been paid). Great car (toyota yaris instead of golf), no problems, and afterwards parked in the same place in the parking garage, keys plus parking card handed in at the desk. No awkward questions, you're done.

Be careful when picking up the car, be sure to take full pictures. Likewise with the return. Car had so many flaws that a test was pointless. When returning the employee has verbally agreed that everything is OK. Only when the flying machine was in the air I had received the return log per-mail. On the return log (electronically, by e-mail) was my signature, although I have NOT signed GAR (a simple copy of the handover protocol !!!!!!!!!) and the damage that were there before (have a photo proof). Now they are asking you to checkout. There is a rip-off company. Better FINGER OFF!
