The car was perfect, although not the class as ordered, and a departure fee of 1500 Rand was requested, other than the rental confirmation. But for a nearly invisible scratch of 0.2mm size was in the station Windhoek City initially 32000.00 Rand, then demanded by the police and lawyer and almost endless discussion ultimately R 350.00. A cash payment was denied to obtain an additional R 500.00 credit card charge. The release of the deposit took place after the 4th reminder 18 days later, surprisingly even correct so no deduction of deposit fees. Surprisingly, also with respect to Tank, I had previously filled up the car, was initially not accepted; only after my offer under witnesses and police to drive again to Tankstellle the full tank was accepted. Too bad, because otherwise everything was okay. So special caution here, threat of police helps much further here. The station in Walvis Bay was completely okay, friendly nice and helpful, an explanation of the all-wheel functions could not be due to lack of knowledge, but there are indeed Toyota workshops that were very nice and helpful. I wish you success

The gas door would not open and I was not able to fill the car back up before returning. Can’t imaginr what that charge will be.
