One person working the counter and their process takes way too long to get a car. Consider this if getting out quickly is more important or saving a couple bucks. The person ahead of me was at the counter for over 30 minutes and I watched multiple people at other car rental counters come and go quickly. Very frustrating. I do have to say the staff is polite and it is not their fault they are understaffed and their rental process takes forever.

I booed to pick up my vehicle near the San Diego airport the vehicle was at the cross border express area 30 minutes away. They were of no help trying to solve the problem

I arrive on time to pick up the car and they told me the car was not ready and I have to wait at least one hour . The only option was an upgrade paying 15 usd more per day and I took it, I didnt want to wait. I made the reservation with a credit card that covers CDW/LDW but the lady at the counter told me that anyaway I had to contract their insurance otherwise they could rent me the vehicle, so my resevation pass from $86.78 usd to 275 usd . Once I got into the vehicle the seats were stained and dirty, I told the lady and told me they didnt have time to clean it .
When I dropped the car I asked the lady to print out my receipt and she told me, if I want it I have to wait because she needed to check some cars and left the counter for 30 minutes; when she came back told me I had to pay one more day of insurance because I returned the car after he hour, which I said , I returned on time but she left and didnt do the closure on time, at the end after arguing, they didint charge it .So disappointed.
