Once we reached the correct pick up location, the process of pickuping and returning the vehicle were smooth. I'd have given a 5* if it wasn't for these 2 reasons: 1. It was a surpirse when we have to take an extra bus ride trip to a second car rental location (at the Washington DC Regan Airport) to pick up the rental. 2. There were no instruction or mentioned on how to use the EZPass box for tolls. We left the EZPass box as is and didn't know that it needed to be turned to be effective.

A bit of a hassle to take 2 buses to get car but good vehicle at right price. Easy drop off. Harder on pick up as first car smelled like smoke so I asked for a change. Folks were very good at finding another one but it took some time.
