This supplier is a fraud.I told him I did not want any coverage and That I had my own insurance. He asked me to sign that I refused any extra coverage. I signed innocently without reading trusting the agent that I was signing that I refused coverage only for me to return the rental and was given a bill of $400.09 instead of $172.13 I booked for. This is totally unacceptable and you don’t take advantage of people. I will not be using Avis again and I promise to read every line before I sign any document since I cannot trust the agent to kero to their word

Had an issue with an over charged amount for my rental total that I didn't authorize and it was rectified and the money is being reissued to my account. I greatly appreciate this. It was an honest mistake and I had to speak to a couple of people, but the end result was fair. I chose that company due to the reasonable price quoted to me online. When a fifty dollar insurance waiver charge was added, it completely depleted my rental rate savings. Which was the major reason I chose to make my reservation with this company. The error was corrected. I know understand to check the total with the cashier before signing to avoid further complications. Thank you.

When I first got my vehicle, I noticed the gas tank was half full but the receipt stated full. I was told to inform the lady at the checkout which I did and she said she will notate the account. When I returned my vehicle and rush into the airport, I noticed that they had charged me for a fuel service charge. Called the DC airport location at least 20 times and no one ever picked up. Had to call the customer service and had Danny rectified the issue for me but still haven't receive the updated receipt.
